He has brought to bear his peculiar style of leadership which is centered on “keep it simple and make it functional” consequently eliminating a lot of beuarocracy in decision making and by extension project management and execution.

He is a man of proven track record and has established a firm reputation in financial matters and restructing positively; the Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SME) and Corporate bodies. He has worked with various government and non-government establishment for many years. He has worked also with one of Africa's largest financial institution; United Bank for Africa PLC (UBA) before branching out into private business, which has given him great wealth of experience, he exhibits in ensuring a successful running of given tasks.

He has vast knowledge in the Information Technology sector. He worked for over 11 years in the oil and gas industry with good track records of success and achievement.  He has handled various projects that have led to successful certification in product and services.  While in the company, he contributed meaningfully to the successful certification and re-certification of ISO14001 of the Land Area of Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited, Western Division.  With his wealth of experience, he is consulted by other companies and business in advancing their services and performance.
